RECEPTION TIMES
Les Petits Carnets undertakes to send you your personalized travel program within the following deadlines:

Stay up to 5 days: Reception in 72 hours maximum;

Stay of 6 to 15 days: Reception in 5 days maximum;

ADVICE NOTEBOOKS
We offer a personalized approach for your stays with tailor-made support.
In the first step, Les Petits Carnets remains at your disposal through telephone exchanges, emails or instant messaging (WhatsApp).
In a second step, an advice book is sent to you electronically with all the information you need in anticipation of your trip.
Finally, we will be available for any additional questions after receipt of the latter.
